Catching these SOBs on camera and taking them to court is what needs to be done in each case. I managed apartments for several years. The only time I ever worked for slumlords was in north Las Vegas (just west of Las Vegas blvd. and just north of Cheyenne. They have a couple of Buildings , including the managers house, That are full of BLACK MOULD and the building that housed the tenants has the walls full of this stuff that they were coming down with open sores on their skin and health problems breathing and their cat was sick as well. I wish I could have caught this on film before we quit. It's a really great idea (for future reference) . Thanks for sharing these films.
