It would benefit all landlords. I am from Port Colborne and just finally, after a long haul, got rid of the worst bunch of individuals and guess what, they found another apartment instantly. The landlords need to have a place where they can check the names of people who have ripped off other landlords so this can stop., And, Ontario Works needs to smarten up instead of bailing them out every time they don't pay their rent, that Ontario Works gives them in the first place. This is the only one I know is local. There is another one called <a href="http://www.tenchek.com" rel="nofollow">Gate Master</a> that is for all of Canada. I believe there is a fee for using it, but I have never used this before. Does anyone else know anything about Gate Master?
