Why would you want to live there in the first place? This shithole took years to look this bad. Did they not even view it before handing over the cheques?

It is really bad, they were stupid to rent it. They must be getting a real break in the rent.

I agree with commenter No. 1. That looks like years of neglect. If it’s that bad, clear it up yourself, or leave. If your Landlord hasn’t fixed it in 90 days, he never will.

No one would live there but crack heads and they would be smart enough to not actually pay rent for that place. Who else would rent a condemned building.

That is dreadful, why on earth would people live in that - renting it out in that state has to be against the law doesn’t it?
