There is no way that paint and cleaning could ever make it fit for human habitation. Again I ask: "Who would rent this cesspool?" , the prospective tenants must have seen the state of the exterior and back yard, all that discussion is moot when you consider that a crack addict wouldn't live in such squalor. It's disgusting that the owner hasn't gutted (or torched!) this place. That place needs to be renovated with a bulldozer. It gives landlords a bad name and I can not believe how bad this property has been kept - I could not watch anymore after that nasty toilet and bathtub. That was just purely disgusting.
